To what do you attribute your business' success?

We attribute the success of our business to our patients who refer their friends and family to use for their medical needs. Word of mouth is the number one way that patients find us. It is also lovely when patients recognize each other in the waiting room and are able to have a nice chat before their visit!

What are you doing to attract and retain employees?

Neighborhood Naturopathic strongly believes in creating a supportive work environment. We do this by having weekly staff meetings to collectively solve problems and by providing more than just a living wage. We have found that having good communication with all employees is essential.

How is your business active in your community?

We are active in our community of West Seattle by participating in our local Chamber of Commerce and attending their events, like the after-hours meet ups and health and wellness meet ups. Neighborhood Naturopathic also participates in community activities, like the Fourth of July Kids Parade. It is important to us to be active in our community because we wouldn't be where we are today without those around us.
